Har du barn i familien som ikke liker å tygge sopp, så kan du holde noe av soppen til side, og tilsette den rett i skålene til de voksne. Resten av soppen kan du kjøre med en stavmikser i suppen, slik at barna spiser soppen uten å kjenne soppkonsistensen.<br />

<br />
Slik gjør du:<br />
Kok opp vannet og løs opp buljongterningene. Kutt opp sjalottløken, hvitløk, og sjampinjong (både fersk og fra boks). Surr i en panne med litt smør. Lag en jevning av mel og smør, og spe på med buljongvannet. Tilsett kraften fra sjampinjongboksen og creme freshen. Tilsett hoi sin og soyasaus. Tøm oppi løk og sopp, og smak til med pepper. La suppen godgjøre seg og putre noen minutter på svak varme. Server med foccaccia, brødkrutonger eller annet brød.<br />

Her kommer en oppskrift på en veldig god pizza som passer for hele familien. Oppskriften på bunnen har jeg lært av min storesøster Bente. Fyllet er selvsagt valgfritt, men denne er supergod på en fredag eller lørdag!<br />

Smelt smøret i en kjele og bland i melken. Bland i to romtempererte egg. Pass på at væsken er passe varm til hevingen.<br />
Bland det tørre; mel, salt og gjær og bland så i væsken. Deigen skal bli fin og smidig, men ikke klissete. (Heller ikke tørr)<br />
La den heve ca. 1 times tid.<br />

Bak ut deigen til en stor sirkel og legg den over på en stekeplate. Smør bunnen med pizzasaus og legg på det fyllet du ønsker. Brett en liten del av pizzaen til en kant/skorpe. </div>

Min søster Torhild fant på noe godt her en dag. Hun smurte laksefileer inn med mango chutney og stekte de i ovnen. Barna hennes elsket det, så i går serverte jeg det samme til mine barn. Det var en vinner. De likte den søte smaken sammen med laksen.<br />

<b>Slik gjør du:</b><br />
Legg fileene i en ildfastform og smør de inn med mango chutney. Jeg skar opp en gul løk i båter og tre gulerøtter i skiver og la de rundt i formen. Tøm litt olivenolje over det hele og stek i ovnen på 225 grader i ca. 20 minutter.<br />
Du kan også bruke andre grønnsaker.<br />
<br />Server med potetbåter som du steker i ovnen, pasta, ris eller det du liker best.<br />

Kok makaronien og la torsken trekke i oppkokt vann i ca 10-12 minutter. Lag en tykk hvit saus av smør, mel og melk. La sausen avkjøle seg litt og tilsett krydder og 2 eggeplommer. Rør inn makaronien og fisken som du har most med en gaffel. Til slutt tilsetter du eggehvitene som du har stivpisket. Fordel i en smurt ildfast form og strø griljermel over. Stek på 225 grader på en rist nederst i ovnen i 30-40 minutter til gratengen har hevet seg fint.<br />

I går laget vi pizza med grov bunn her i familien. Vi delte deigen i flere små emner slik at alle fire kunne lage egne favoritter. Dette er gøy for barna og kjekt for alle de forskjellige smaksløkene som befinner seg i en familie. Her får alle det de vil på sin pizza!<br />
Dessuten er pizzaen både god og sunn med den grove bunnen, så i dag fikk mine jenter rester i matboksene sine. Det smaker selvsagt mye bedre når man har laget EGEN pizza (med litt hjelp fra pappa)!<br />

For et par uker siden hjalp jeg en naboveninne å lage litt tapas til konfirmasjonen til sønnen hennes. <br />

I dag har min gode venninne Aase Malene vært på besøk hos oss. Vi inviterte henne på middag, men snill som hun er tok hun byrden bort fra en sliten mors skuldre, og laget middag til oss. Dynk loffen med melken og la den ligge i ti til femten minutter. Bland kjøttet med finhakket chilli, hvitløk og sjalottløk. Tiseltt salt og pepper. Rør dette godt sammen. Rør inn ett og ett egg. Klem litt melk ut av loffen og tilsett loffen i kjøttblandingen. Rør godt og form så små boller med olje på hendene. Stekes et par tre minutter på hver side.<br />

Kjøttbollene kan gjerne serveres som en tapasrett uten tilbehør, men smaker også godt sammen med tilbehør som for eksempel spagetti, potetmos, pitabrød med salat, tomatsaus eller ostesaus.<br />
- Jeg tenker disse er gode å ha med i matboksen sammen med for eksempel agurkstenger eller lignende, sier Aase.<br />

Jeg har fått meg en ny favoritt. Wraps fylt med deilige ingredienser. Jeg ble introdusert for denne varianten hos min venninne Ann Helen. Det er ikke sikkert at barna liker alt innholdet, men det som er kjekt med wraps er jo at man kan fylle de med det man vil. Jeg har laget noen ekstra som jeg har servert til lunsj dagen etter. De er veldig gode dagen etter også! Til barna mine har jeg kuttet ut noen av ingrediensene og brukt vanlig gulost i stede for feta, men prøv dere frem og finn deres egne favoritter!<br />

Start med å krydre kyllingen med krydder du liker. Legg i en ildfast form e.l og tøm litt olje under og over fileene og stek på 200 grader til kyllingen er gjennomstekt. Mens kyllingen steker kutter du opp resten av ingrediensene og rister pinjekjernene (hvis de ikke er kjøpt ferdigristet). Når kyllingen er ferdig skjærer du i terninger. I dag har vi her i familien tilbragt mesteparten av tiden ute med skøyter, aking og snølek. Da smakte det ekstra godt med middag da vi kom inn igjen. I dag ble det hjemmelaget potetmos, gulerøtter og kjøttboller til middag. Nicoline (snart 3 år) fikk sin mat servert som et ansikt. Da smakte maten ekstra godt!<br />

Jeg kokte gulerøttene møre fordi jeg har en ettåring med lite tenner i munnen, men til større barn kan man for eksempel raspe lange gulerotstrimler og lage hår på ansiktet? Eller man kan pynte med flere grønnsaker. Barna kan også lage sine egne ansikter. Maten smaker kanskje bedre når man er med og hjelper litt til!?<br />

I dag har Nicoline (snart 3 år) og jeg laget middag sammen. Vi ville prøve å blande grønnsaksstrimler sammen med fullkorn-spaghetti. Ved siden av laget vi lakse-nuggets. Da maten var ferdig serverte vi den til Hermine (1 år), Martine (8år), Mia (9) år og pappa. Maten ble veldig god, smakfull og ikke minst fargerik.<br />

<b>Slik lager du grønnsaksstrimler og fullkornsspaghetti:</b><br />

Skjær gulerøtter og squash på langs i tynne strimler. Dette kan gjerne barna være med på. Nicoline kuttet i alle biter og fasonger, men jeg puttet de oppi likevel. Når det er et par minutter koking igjen på spaghettinen, så tilsetter du strimlene, slik at de kokes litt sammen med spaghettien. Tøm av vannet og bland godt.<br />
